STEM HSA raises and administers funds to support students and faculty.

Our Mission

To support and supplement the mission and efforts of The STEM ACADEMY, the Headmaster and the Downingtown Area School District. The Academy HSA will provide activities, events, programs, direction and funding to enhance the academic and social development of the students.

What We support

  • Fund soft skills seminars that all students attend: Overcoming Obstacles, Basics of Communication Styles, Presentation Skills

  • Fund business critical seminars that all students attend: Time management, Networking & Resume Basics, Your Resume & Interviewing

  • Student Assistant Funds

  • Fund Student Life Committee that provides grade level socials and school wide activities

  • Host and fund a safe Post Prom Party for seniors

  • Provide scholarships for graduating seniors

  • Host monthly faculty appreciation events

  • Provide teacher grants
